Grateful for a Wonderful Stay
clean hotel helpful staff spacious room excellent view
I found the hotel clean. The staff were helpful and caring. They provided excellent service. My room felt spacious and comfortable. The views of the water were excellent. The scenery was amazing.
I noticed the music was loud at times. There were different genres competing with each other. It was not very relaxing.

Expectations Not Fully Met
dirty room indifferent staff
The gym offered decent equipment.
The room was not clean I found brown stains on the curtains. The ice bucket had rust and cracks I saw broken tiles there. Cleaning staff seemed indifferent to their duties ignoring obvious issues.
